IVF query for FET

I have been put on Progesterone for FET next week, should I stop my estrogen pill prescribed earlier. Also, should I take the Progesterone Medi on morning of my ET? What else should I take care of for best results.

Continue both estradiol pill and progesterone on the morning of embryo transfer also

Avoid lifting weights and stress Avoid papaya and pineapple Take plenty of water and fruits juice Take a boiled egg daily
