Please help have done ivf with icsi bad transferred fused morula embryo today day 13 have done beta hcg but came out negative. earlier before testament have undergone laparoscopy hysterolaproscopy total 17 eggs retrive in that 8 fertilized throughy icsi in that 2 were good quality Dr said earlier only problem was been seen by doctor was husband sperm mortality issue but all reports ovaries everything came on normal period's are regurlar. please Dr suggest what would be problem.only weight would be problem for not conceiving i m trying from last 2 n half years but no positive outcome please Dr what would be exact problem n how to overcome it i I want to have my baby please help.
