I am undergoing Ivf treatment for primary infertility due to tubal blockage.There are recurring failures with Ivf as well. After further tests and analysis we find that blood flow to uterus is scarce and lining is not properly developed.Need consultation on what all methods like acupuncture or ayurveda can b used with

Hey, ayurveda , acupuncture don't work for infertility , medications are there to increase blood and cellularity of endometrium ,moreover failure is common in IVF technique , well experienced setup us required for this procedure ,consult gynaecologist.
