I had done ivf on 19.8.2016 blood report shows positive but today on 12.9.2016 sonography was done but Dr. Said baby has been dissolve how could it be I didn't had bleeding at all Dr said it is unexplained plz help our ivf failed we desperately want baby

It's unfortunate that IVF failed. Try to keep patience. IVF has success rate of 40-50% per cycle and so in can fail. Do not get depressed. Try new cycle. Good luck

It happens.  This is called biochemical pregnancy meaning blood results positive but nothing seen on ultrasound. Dont loose heart. You will definitely conceive and have a healthy baby. Its just matter of time.
