IVF and ICSI failed

Is donor eggs a better option after failed ICSI and IVF cycles? Could it be due to egg quality? I'm every egg retrieval Cycle only 3 eggs are found and 1-2 embryos are formed mostly grade1,2. Having done pre IVF hysteroscopy and ACRS too, the cycles failed. What should be done next to have a baby?
