Hello, rasmali is fresh or stale? Because in such a SCORCHY heat the milk products within two to three hrs it becomes soury due to FLAVORS,this may be the cause.so at this time u take fresh nimupani with pinches of salt. It seems to be low BP if u take nimupani u feel relax. tab emset one after that you feel better. otherwise you can consult a general physician MD.ok
