On 19th of July i was 6 weeks 5 days pregnant its my 1st tim so wht care should i take n from 23th July m feeling like slight cramping on 24th July i.e today also i feel light cramps wht does this mean wht care shud i take and on 19th July sonography baby's heart rate was 149 bpm is it good or hw pls suggest sumthng m worried as this is my 1st pregnancy and i dnt wnt to loose this tim
