I am diagnosed with ITP and presently the plt count is about 7000. I feel very tired most of the times and having persisting headache also. I am not taking any medication now. How can I care myself now. Please advice me

Hello, with Ayurvedic medicine we can improve platelet. & treat symptomatic . in low platelet you need to take rest in itp bleeding can happens .
