Diagnosed with ITP from past 2 months and taking treatment by taking steroids and others. Still not seeing much improvement and her immune system is still destroying her platelets. As soon as the steroid dosage is reduced, platelets destruction rate increases. Platelets count varies from 5000 to 40000. 5 days back count was 5000. We are Keeping splenectomy as last option and trying to get cured by using other ways.
