Since 4-5 days I have observed many times i will get itching at caruncle and also since few days m unable to sleep properly as idk why it takes much time to sleep and also my sleep gets broken up early morning. I do go to gym everyday for exercise too. What should I do? Is this allergic?

Hi … yes it could be allergic! May b due to over exposure to the screen … not blinking frequently in between.. r also could be due to dust when u drive r ride bike , dust particles accumulates at the corner of ur eyes n may start itchy.. would advice u to wear glasses/ shades .. wash ur eyes before bed n use tear eye drops 4 times a day !

If possible reduce your screen time and frequent breaks incase you have to work for long hours. Learn to blink consciously and frequently while you work on computer.

Hi, It could be allergy.  You can use eye drop teardrops 4 times a day  along with winolap eye drop twice a day for 1 month. Hope this should address the issue.
