Itchy vagina, white, clumpy discharge

I have had an itchy vagina for the last three days. White, clumpy discharge has come out and I have looked up what it may be, but I’m not sure. Yeast infection is what I THINK it is... I have never had sex, but I think bacteria might have found in some way. I don’t know if I should stop scratching or if I should put some oil or something in it. I don’t know what to do? It’s embarassing.
