Hello Doctor, I've attached photo. Redness and both side of inner thighs itching heavily. Genitals also. Using itch guard plus last 3 days but no improvement. Please suggest medicated cream to cure.

It's Fungus  infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation
