I m diagnosed with autoimmune decease sjogren syndrome since 2018. I have small circle or oval shaped itchy patch on nose, above chin and area between nose and lips. It develops patch, dry hard white cover and shreds and then come again. Under white layer there is red skin. It gets active in winters and i m suffering since 2012. I did show to doctor and he said these are warts, but homeopathy of warts didn't work on it from 8 years. It burns in winters alot. I m tired now. They come on same place. I have 5-6 in total. I googled it, i think i have psoriasis or actinic keratosis. Please guide me, i m tired now.

Are they only on face ? They are warts or verrucae . Consult online for proper treatment. Cover your wart and Wash your hands immediately after touching the wart. This helps to prevent spreading the virus to other parts of the body and to other people.

Seems to be warts but can’t be sure as pixels are breaking on zooming the pictures for better view of the affected areas therefore can’t be sure of diagnosis. Cauterisation is effecting treatment for warts but they tend to relapse due to its auto inoculation nature also certain ointment and paints can be used if not in favour of getting it cauterised
