Itchy skin after swimming in pool

Hello doctor kindly refer to the attached image of my arm I have got Itchy skin after swimming in the pool. On my hands neck and sides and back of my body. It's a bit itchy not too much. To mention I have got no other medical conditions or on medicines or any allergies. I guess this is because of chlorine water. I go swimming 5 days a week. Please refer some medicine to apply on for quick relief Regards Aman
