Hi I have been suffering from this syndrome for one year now. Today I applied dettol with cotton on red area. It's burning like hell please suggest remedy.

Never ever apply dettol to such lesions as it may irritate more U have to show the same to an expert before applying anything For starters apply muprocin which will help fight the redness and reduce it and wash it properly before applying it
