Ive been struggling with very dry itchy scalp very dry hair feeling horrible like grass extremely frizzy slow growth. I have soft brittle nails no matter how much water or healthy foods I eat. Struggling with very very dry skin I've tried multiple creams and oils nothing seems to keep my skin moist.
