Hello I am attaching a pic. One is a patch on my stomach. Similarly there are 8 to 9 patches around there. Like on the stomach groin area on the waist area and also near the chest. Kindly please tell me what exactly it is. Also attached prescription. Are those medicines enough to cure the disease? Is this tinea corporis or psoriasis or any other infection. Please help

It is T. Corporis, the prescription is not very legible. But i guess one of the tablets is griseofulvin. Continue the treatment, then contact via practo for further guidance.

The presentation of multiple, scattered itchy patches across the trunk and groin—areas prone to moisture—is most consistent with Tinea Corporis (Ringworm). Psoriasis typically presents with thicker, silvery scales on extensor surfaces (elbows/knees), whereas Tinea often has a characteristic 'active' red border with central clearing. At 31, these fungal infections are highly contagious and can spread rapidly if the skin is kept damp or if the same towel is used across different body parts."
Next Steps
Fungal infections are very treatable, but consistency with the cream and moisture control is the secret to a permanent cure. Please book a full session to finalize your treatment.
Health Tips
To receive a precise prescription and a customized hygiene plan to prevent these 8-9 patches from recurring, please book a full consultation session via my Practo profile."

From your description and the photos, this looks more a fungal infection like tinea rather than psoriasis, and these infections usually improve well with the right treatment and hygiene measures. Since multiple patches are present, treatment may need proper adjustment and enough duration to prevent recurrence. Do consult once with clear photos and prescription details I’ll guide you step by step regarding medicines, precautions, and what to avoid so it heals completely.
