Hello Dr. I have a recurring itchy patch near my eye. It's above one of my cheeks. It occurs on the other side too occasionally. It's itchy and it flakes whitish. Very rarely it oozes a liquid. That's very rare. But it's darker in colour compared to my skin. Skin has become a bit thick there as well. I have dandruff as well. It's severe dandruff. My skin is dry and also oily. Please advise.
