Itchy oral floor

I have hypothyroidism. Three four days back I was having ulcers on both sides of tongue towards the end ( near throat).so I took bcomplex and betadine gargles. Now those ulcers are gone, I am having itchy oral floor while eating normal spice food. With all this I am having itching in ear also. Please guide.

Itchy oral floor may be due to remnant ulcer in oral cavity.

itching in ear can be treated with anti allergic medications. try some different mouth wash. consult for further assistance
