Itchy left nipple and little discharge

I have some itchin sention at my left nipple and when i tried to scratch there was little a drop of discharge which was milky in texture... i pressed my right nipple here also there was a drop of discharge.. this scene was some ten days back and again yesterday... today i checked there was no discharge... is it a sign of breast cancer or any other problem... and what kind of test can i do to clear the doubts. Thanks in advance
