Hello doctor, I am suffering through itchy ears. It gets scratchy during night mostly. During daytime it's bearable. I usually clean my ears once a week and don't wear earphones much. Please advice what could be the reason and suggest treatment.

Itching could be due to various reasons like fungal infection, dryness, eczematous skin, wax.. please show the ears to an ENT to get an idea about the cause. After which correct treatment can be initiated.
