Itchy bumps on left feet spreading

I have itchy small bumps on left foot after itching blood oozes n watery and it spreads with aftermark pigments. Its spreading on hands and other feet too. Not sure what it is ? Doctor had prescribed dapsone and clobetasone but not permanently cured. Skin on ankles is getting darker. Need help.
