Itchy Bumps all over upper body

Hello Dr., My son 8 years old is having Itchy bumps continuously increasing all over the upper body. Starts with painful bumps and later becomes itchy which has Increased substantially in last few hours. Attached is some pictures of the same. Please advice necessary steps required. Do I need to visit clinic urgently or can wait till tomorrow morning. Thank you
