Dear Doctor, I have a small red and white colour pimples developed on my penis neck of the glance. Having an itchy feeling. Image attached. Pls check and suggest what to do. I am married and we used to use condoms most of the time. But recently I had intercourse without a condom with my wife. After that I developed this. Please suggest what to use. These dots are not on penis head( glance) but on neck ending point of the neck.
