I had constipation problem but now i get some relief from constipation and hard stool but despite of being my stool stool i feel a sharp pain during defecation, and i have a itchy anus and it is swollen near vaginal area, I use to take hot water sitz bath and apply smuth ointment on the affected are but get no relief. I also want to add that according to my sigmoidiscopy report i have internal piles  grade2
