If the shampoo u r using isnt improving the dandruff then u will have to verify if u have Sebo Psoriasis which is characterised by flaky scalp and oily scales. Medication is available for the same. Consult with a Dermatologist and get ur scalp examined to know the exact cause of the dandruff
