Itching with rashes on the skin.
I've been having fever 100-102 since friday which now has been in control but the rashes have occured over my skin. There is so much itching that I can not sleep even.
Is it because of the medicines I had taken or something else?

It seems like you have viral exanthem. It commonly occurs after a viral infection (as suggested by high fever) and lasts for a few days.
Drug-induced reactions usually take 1-3 weeks to show effect unless you have taken a medicine that you are known to be allergic to.
