This happens in cholinergic urticaria, there is itching and small red bumps due to change in temperature as occurs after exercise or running.
You can start taking tab dazit (desloratidine) 5mg half an hour before exercising/ other triggers that you may identify. If you cannot identify the triggers you can take this medicine once at night daily.
This is a chronic problem, you can keep following every 2-3 months.
