Itching & scratching under testicles

I m facing itching problem under & on testicles since more than 10 days. Its been majorly during bath when I try to wash my testicles with soap. Itching is so high that because of it the entire skin of testicles become very red & all muscles also start paining. I have tried using Fore Derm ointment & Absorb dusting powder but not getting results.

Please stop using fourderm cream as it can cause serious side effects. I cannot give one diagnosis as I have not seen the rashes. Scrotal eczema is a possibility. Also scabies or fungal infection. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
