Itching right leg fingers

Hi doctor I have itching fingers in my right leg...last 2 fingers...i went to the dermatologist He advised luliford cream and antifungal powder. Then too my itching does not come down Becz of itching...2 fingers are open wound and little swelling and pain.. Can you please suggest
