Itching/rash on inner thighs

Hi, I play a lot of cricket. Recently i started observing rashes and itxhing feeling on my inner tights area.. how do i get rid of it. I take bath twice on my sports days. I wash clothes with warm water. I apply tenovate M ointment. But, it gives only temporary relief from itching. Thanks in advance.

May be fungal infectin.may start antifungal tablet and eosinophilia tablet alongwith anti fungal cream.

The thing you are doing wrong is applying tenovate M. I am confident that applying that will just increase your problems rather than decrease it. Send me a picture of the area, I will guide you with the right medicines. You should stop tenovate M.
