Itching problem solution

My body ( especially from buttocks to foot) has been itching from more than 1 month.. i have few bumps on my testes and my buttocks which becomes large and scarier after itching. I cant sleep due to this itching. i have tried medication from my father's contacts but nothing worked. The itching is not stopping and there are small tiny bumps increasing each nd everyday starting from my legs. Please help me
