My son is 8 months old and he is continuously itching his neck, due to itching he has developed red rashes in neck. I am applying cetaphil cream but also no improvement, kindly suggest what to do to cure his itching.

Avoid dettol in cloths and bathing water. Use mild soap like baby dove or pears. remove any neck bracelet if wearing.  Apply lactocalamine 4 times a day
