I am having itching problem on my scrotum. Sometimes this itching leads to minor bruises and cuts. I used itch guard but i didnt got any help. It will stop for fews days and then again itching will start.

You are having scrotal eczema which we call lichen simplex chronicus. The itching is because the skin of scrotum becomes sensitive and this causes eczema. Please don't use soap over that area.
