Itching problem

Hello Doctor, For the past week, I have been experiencing itching, redness, and a white patch/ material on the skin around the head of my penis. The white material is attached to the skin and does not wipe off easily. Until now, I had never retracted my foreskin to check underneath. When the itching started, I searched online and found that I should retract the foreskin to inspect the area. After doing that, I noticed these white patches and redness for the first time. I have attached photos. Could you please examine them and let me know the diagnosis and the appropriate treatment? Thank you.

Always clean your glans after retracting foreskin with a gentle soap or water during bathing. There are glands in that area which secrete smega and if you won't retract and clean, it gets collected causing irritation and redness. See an urologist for evaluation and treatment

The findings are most suggestive of balanitis (inflammation of the glans/foreskin), commonly due to a fungal infection or irritation. Keep the area clean and dry, gently retract the foreskin for hygiene, and consult for confirmation and appropriate treatment.
