Itching patches on body

Having itching patches on body from last 2 months, initially I thought it was mosquito bites but it is not. It appears anywhere on body after talking cetrizin (antiallergic tablet) it is fine for 3 day than again start coming. Due to lockdown I am not able to visit doctor.
