Itching on upper back and chest

I have been lately feeling itchy on my upper back and chest. This could be happening since 2-3 months. It ll be there for sometime in a day and be gone. Today when I wake up I am experience very intense feeling. There are no rashes. And which specialist doctor should be consulted for this?
