I noticed some pimple like thing but really small and itchy on my chest skin ,after some time it grew all over my chest and stomach part's skin and really irritating and itchy

Your condition resembles some type of folliculitis ie infection of hair roots. There may be allergy to some garments or cosmetic. condition can be diagnosed probably through proper clinical evaluation or photographs.
