Hi Thanks for seeking help here. There are multiple but small issue you have shared here. Let's talk about them. Itching can be on off in allergy. But in infection there will be a persistent itching sensation. Need antibiotics and anti inflammatory cream. Apply Betnovate. Coming to foreskin issues ...it's a phimosis which is very common. Treatment options are medication and surgery. I suggest try first with medication then if it does not resolve then go for surgery.
