Itching on penis and white dry patches

Hello. I am writing to you,since I have weird itching on my penis and scrotum, now a dry white layer patch has been formed in scrotum area and sometimes has burning sensation and I am really worried about the same. Kindly help me with some remedies.

You have scrotal eczema Ensure the soap in your underwear is thoroughly rinsed off Iron them Apply nevlon moisturing cream Use mild soap like Dove to wash it You could have additional underlying fungal infection but the photo is not clear enough to comment definitively
