I have itching on lips and then water like substitute comes out and the lips get swallowing and the color of my lips turns intp blac. Then the the skin of my lips peels off. The natural color of my lips had gone. The skin of lips has gone so thin. I already consulted a dermatologist but nothing happened. Please suggest what to do.
