Hi, from past few days my mil is facing some problems that is swelling in legs n in arms. She is a orthopaedic patient. Yesterday she has done her thyroid test Free T3 : 3.04 Free T4 : 1.25 Ultra TSH : 7.699 Plz advice

Her TSH is in the range of subclinical hypothyroidism. She needs to be treated if she has symptoms of hypothyroidism or if her Anti TPO antibodies are positive
