I have serious dryness and itching in the butt area which seems to spread now near the area between thighs.. There are enormous spots n its reddish cos of scratching.. I've read bout jock itch. Not sure if this is the same. Should I consult a dermatologist or a gynecologist?

Hi You seem to be having a fungal infection Please contact a dermatologist
