Eye pics would be helpful.Avoid rubbing your eyes,cold compress.Use lubricating eye drops ,like refresh tears 4 times a day for 1 month.Do you have any systemic allergy ? Take  Tab levcet 5mg tablet for 3 days.Review with an ophthalmologist in person or online.
