Im facing itching trouble right on top of my ankle(back side of leg) and that portion is turning out to be black with small spreaded lump formation. What should I do?

Pl post one picture of the lesion. Apply lot of moisturizers. Take levocetrizine tablet once daily for itching. Will review again once you put up a picture.
