Itching - legs n back

My 4 year old son constantly reports itching problems. Either his back or legs will have itching issues. Currently we apply suthol lotion after bath and use been soap. Don't think that it's helping much. Please advise.

hey, does he have visible signs on skin like , rashes , skin peeling etc? if its there better to consult dermatologist
