I am suffring by itching in both testicles (in night brofore sleeping only) from 5-6 months. Also feel pain and a flexible/soft knot in right testicles. No other physical problem. No surgury and no accident in life and non smoker non drinker. Kindly help on this problem. My age is 30 weight 80 and height is 165 CM. Only aciditity problem from 1 month
