Very high Pain In Lower Back and weakness ,Started 4th Day Of Menstrual Periods. Heavy periods Flow. Day 24th I had Urinal Area Itching.Tremendous One..No Secretion Or Discharge Or Pain ,But Only Itching. Day 26th I Got Mild Fever As Well.Today Is 33day Of Period Cycle.No Periods Yet. Not pregnant. No pain in Urinating Also,plz confirm if this high backpain is related to some gynaecological disorder.

You can take Tablet Pamaspas three times a day for three days during or before periods if there is pain in low back dear
