Itching in the anal area during night

I have been having severe itching in the anal area for past over a month. It is more during night. I have also slight itching on genitals and am worried about HPV infection. Not sure which specialty or doctor to consult

Hi,take, Tab.Albendazol chewable one,chewed withtab.Bisacodyl two tabs fortnightly with a glassful of water for three times/doses.
