Itching in testes

Sir approx 10 days back there was sudden itching in my testes so I itched there and that was for 4-5 days. And from then anytime itching starts and I am unable because now it's being uncomfortable. I washed it 2-3 a day but not that much happy with the results. Can you please suggest me some medication.
